In
our research promoting and selling VideosSellHomes.com we
discovered that our service was a great and easy way for realtors
to acquire listings and make extra income at the same time.
Let me explain.
We
first started by contacting FSBO's on CraigsList.com and offering
our service to them. Our close rate was unbelievable. One
of our staff, an ex-realtor, made the statement that she sure
wished she had a service like this when she was calling FSBO's
when she was in the real estate business. I ask her why? She
said, "I could have sold them a video, made a commission
on the video and told them that if they every wanted to list
their property to please give me a call, and that I'd give
their $49 back when I sold their house". This was
such a cool backdoor approach to getting new listings we thought
we would try it out. We approached a realtor with our plan,
and offered him $25 for every video sale. He is now getting
paid for calling FSBO's and picking up listings on a regular
basis. He has also increased his income by selling videos
to his existing clients and also his rental property clients.
(property management accounts) These videos are great for
vacation rental property. They keep your clients ahead of
the competition by having virtual tours of their rental on
YouTube.com for distant travelers to see.
It's
an easy sell, no one in the industry is offering this service
for this price, that we know of. A custom video of their property,
voice and text overlay, uploaded and optimized to YouTube.com
and free web site displaying their video. (Videos can be embeded
on any web site and links emailed anywhere.)
Our
Offer:
We are offering $25 for every sale to only one. (1) realtor
or independent contractor in areas of 45,000 population or
less. i.e. 90,000 population we will offer to no more
than two realtors or independent contractors. We are doing
this so no market will get saturated with sales people. Realtors
compensation will be paid after the first 10 sales and then
paid on a weekly basis.
We ask that a contact report of the clients contacted be submitted
weekly. The reason for this is, if a client that you have
contacted buys online after you have spoken with them, we
can track them back to you and pay you for the sale. We also
offer phone and online training. This offer is on a
first come basis.
Bonus
Incentive For Sales - After getting comfortable with
a selling strategy and making a minimum of 25 sales, we will
consider and discuss with you increasing the retail price
to an amount agreeable to us and you, therefore increasing
your commission amount. Many smaller states will only have
1 sales person. In this case, we will consider that this sales
person receive a 20% commission on all sales from that state
that are not listed on their weekly sales report. (For all
contacts listed on sales report that purchase you will receive
full commission.) Also in this case, we will consider creating
a "clone" web site (Example:. - Ohio.VideosSellHomes.com)
with the sales person's phone number on it. Larger states
like Texas may be sectioned off and have more than one vanity
web site and sales person (Example: NorthTexas.VideosSellHomes.com)
where the same 20% commission will apply for the sales person
in that section of the state. This will be offered to our
top producers in all areas / states. In short, with
this position, you will make 50% commission on all your personal
sales and a 20% commission on all other sales that come in
from your state or area.
